why hello say can i buy you another glass of beer well thanks alot, thats kind of you its nice to know you care these days theres so much going on no one seems to want to know I may be just an old soldier to some but i know how it feels to grow old yeah thats right you can see me here most every night youll always see me staring at the wall and the lights funny i remeber though its years ago id say id stand at the bar with my friends whove passed away and drink three times the beer that i can drink today yes i know how it feels to grow old i know what theyre saying son there goes old mad joe again well i maybe mad at that ive seen enough to make a man go out his brain well do they know what its like to have a grave yard as a friend cause thats where they are boy all of them dont seem likely that ill get friends like that again well its time ive moved off but its been great just listening to you and i might even see you the next time im passing through youre right threse so much going on no one seems to want to know so keep well, keep well old friend and have another drink on me just ignore all the others youve got your memories youve got your memories
