First is the main riff. It's played on a bass and also two octaves up with a lot of fuzz. It almost sounds like a synth when you listen closely, but I think it can be played on a guitar just as well. You can also play this main riff on a regular guitar as it's tabbed, in which case it will be in the octave between the bass guitar and high fuzz.
