INTRO Well I can 'member my grandpa when I was five years old. He'd pull me upon his knee and I remember every story that he ever told. Him and my grandma, they'd always be two southern lovers just kissin' On each other so tenderly. And he just said "I just wanna be your family man. Work real hard, girl, Yeah, I'll give you everything I can." He'd say "I just wanna be your family man. Tell the children that I'll always lend a helping hand. Just wanna be your family man.....just wanna be your family man." Mom and dad worked real hard just to raise us kids. They were always there for me and didn't matter what it was I did. They've seen the hard times, the sickness, and the hell. Well, it didn't really take too long before they found out money, It don't mean wealth. And he just said "I just wanna be your family man.
