If you don't know how: Turn the feedback/repeat up and mess around with the time- and/or mix knob. Any delay(preferably analog) should work. Eventually, Guitar 2 rapidly strums a regular E chord. Guitar 1, meanwhile, goes crazy while strumming random chords high up the fret board. They go on like that until about 07:30 when the tempo starts to drop. Both guitars then play different variations of an E Chord. I think Guitar 1 plays it on the 7th fret, while Guitar 2 plays the open E chord.
